Terms & Conditions

Unless otherwise agreed in writing or email, all orders are accepted subject to the following terms and conditions:

Domain Names

The client (you) own the domain name 100% and your own details will be displayed as the registered owner. The client has the right to transfer the domain to another company ONLY after a three month minimum period. There will be a small administration charge of just £10 to transfer your domain. Once ordered, domain names cannot be altered and no refunds are available. Be very careful in the spelling of domain name requests as no responsibility can be undertaken for client's errors.

eStore Website

By purchasing an eStore website from us the client (you) agrees that the website will remain on the servers of A1eStores.com at all times. The client also agrees that the website must not be and cannot be moved or transferred to any other web hosting company. If you transfer your domain then you agree that your eStore website will be deleted from the servers of A1eStores.com.

FTP access along with all necessary passwords etc. will be forwarded to the client upon completion of setup. It is advisable for clients to follow all instructions issued by A1eStores.com to ensure that their websites remains intact and available to the public domain at all times. A1eStores.com will charge an additional fee should it be necessary to rectify any problems caused by the client altering any part of the eStore website. Payment would be required first before this work is carried out.

Web Hosting

The client (you) agree to pay the monthly web hosting and management fee for a minimum period of three months. The monthly hosting payment is taken automatically through PayPal subscription. This is setup and agreed to by yourself within our payment system.

If you cancel your hosting before the three months minimum period then the full three months payment is require up front. If this payment is not received then A1eStores.com will retain your domain name until this has been paid in full.

You may use your hosting account for additional websites using sub domains under the following terms:

We do not allow any illegal material to be hosted on our servers.
Your account may not to be used to host a collection of MP3s, Warez, or to backup your computer or another source.
You may not use your hosting account for general storage of any type.
All content stored on your hosting account must be directly used on the Internet by the website associated with that account.
Your hosting account may not be used as a download distribution point for your software or media unless it is directly sold or advertised on your website.
All accounts are to be used for standard web practices only. This means that all content stored on your account must be used for "acceptable" website use only.
All data stored in your hosting account must be directly related to your website.
You may not store more data in your account than your allocated disc space.
You must not divulge access passwords to any other person, and you should take reasonable precautions to ensure that it is not discovered by other people.
Data stored on our servers is not guaranteed to be backed up. It is recommended that you keep an independent backup of all your data and files stored on our servers.
We shall not be held liable for any loss or damages caused by the use or misuse, unavailability or removal of services.
When your account is closed, all files (including web pages, etc.) will be deleted.
We reserve the right to amend and update these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.
To protect your privacy we never distribute your name or e-mail address to any third parties.
Users must not participate in any form of un-solicited bulk e-mailing or spam. This will result in your account being closed.

By logging into your account, or uploading files to it, you are indicating your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

We reserve the right to cancel your account at any time without notice if we find that any of these terms have been broken.

Your right to cancel your hosting:

Only after the three month period do you have the right to cancel your monthly hosting subscription. To do this send an email to accounts@a1estores.com and we will ask you some security questions. After your hosting subscription has been cancelled your hosting account will be deleted from the servers of A1eStores.com resulting in your website also being deleted from the internet. You do not have the right to transfer your eStore website to another hosting company.

Prices

All prices displayed on our website are subject to alteration at any time without notice, unless confirmed for an agreed period between the client and A1eStores.com. Specific quotes are available in writing and email with guaranteed pricing valid for a maximum of thirty days from the date the estimate is submitted.

Payment

Full payment must be received in cleared funds from the client to A1eStores.com before any work starts.

We accept the following payment method:

Online credit / debit card payment processed via PayPal through our website.

Refunds

Hosting:

If you have set up monthly hosting subscriptions then no refund will be given. You do have the right to cancel after the minimum three months term.

If you take out our yearly discounted hosting package we expect you to commit for this period of time. If you cancel your account within your service period then A1eStores.com will not make any refunds on any unused portions of your account.

If the client has paid for more than one years hosting and wishes to cancel their hosting package with A1eStores.com within the first 12 months then a 50% refund will be given for the remaining years after the first 12 months.

eStore Website:

If you request an immediate (no later than 30 minutes after purchase) refund of payment then an 80% refund will be given. The 20% will be retained for administration charges.

No refund will be given after the 30 minute period as the work on your eStore website will have started.

Within the first 7 days of purchase if you think that you have not received what has directly been advertised on our website then please contact us and we will resolve any issues that you may have. A full refund will be given only if you have not received what is directly advertised on A1eStores.com.
